What we collect
Your shift records (dates, hours, tip amounts, notes) and — if you use slip scanning — the photos you choose to scan. An anonymous device identifier keeps your data backed up before you create an account. If you sign in, we store your email and sign-in provider ID. That's it: no contacts, no location, no advertising identifiers.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads, so there is no ad tracking. We don't report anything to the IRS or your employer — your records are yours.
Your controls
Export everything as CSV at any time, free. Delete your account in-app (Settings → Delete account) or at tipscan.app/account/delete; deletion removes your cloud data within 30 days.
